APN (Access Point Name) is the gateway your phone uses to reach the carrier's data network. The wrong APN means no internet, even on full signal.

APN values may differ for specific countries. Your activation email always shows the correct APN.
Make sure Data Roaming is ON for the eSIM line. Travel eSIMs technically roam through partner networks.
APN is wrong. Re-enter exactly as in the activation email (case-sensitive, no extra spaces).
Toggle Airplane Mode on for 10 seconds, then off. This forces re-registration on the local network.
