APN Setup Guide for eSIM

Most eSIM plans configure APN automatically. If you have no data after activation, set the APN manually using the table below.

What is an APN?

APN (Access Point Name) is the gateway your phone uses to reach the carrier's data network. The wrong APN means no internet, even on full signal.

APN values may differ for specific countries. Your activation email always shows the correct APN.

How to set APN on iPhone

  1. Açık Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data)
  2. Tap the eSIM line under SIMs
  3. Tap Cellular Data Network
  4. Under Cellular Data, enter the APN from the table above
  5. Leave Username and Password blank unless specified
  6. Go back. Toggle Cellular Data off and on. You should now see data signal.

How to set APN on Android

  1. Açık Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks (or SIMs & Networks)
  2. Select your eSIM
  3. Tap Access Point Names
  4. Tap + or Add to create a new APN
  5. Enter the Name (anything, e.g. eSIM) and APN from the table
  6. Save and select the new APN as active
  7. Toggle Mobile Data off and on

Troubleshooting

No signal at all after eSIM install

Make sure Data Roaming is ON for the eSIM line. Travel eSIMs technically roam through partner networks.

Signal but no internet

APN is wrong. Re-enter exactly as in the activation email (case-sensitive, no extra spaces).

Data drops or is slow

Toggle Airplane Mode on for 10 seconds, then off. This forces re-registration on the local network.
