The Market Has Exactly Two Operators
Cabo Verde is served by CVMóvel, the mobile arm of CVTelecom, and by Unitel T+. Two operators is unusual, and it means there is no third network to fall back on if the one your plan uses is weak where you are staying.

Calls, messages and your own number
