Batumi eSIM — Stay Connected on the Black Sea Coast
Whether you're strolling along the palm-lined Batumi Boulevard, riding the cable car up to Anuria, exploring the botanical gardens, or hopping between Black Sea beach clubs, an eSIM keeps you online without the hassle of swapping SIM cards or paying roaming fees. Batumi has reliable 4G coverage powered by Magti, Geocell, and Beeline, and our eSIMs activate instantly via QR code — perfect for travelers landing at Batumi International Airport or driving in from Tbilisi, Trabzon, or Yerevan.
Why Choose an eSIM for Batumi?
Batumi is Georgia's second-largest city and the country's summer playground, drawing crowds of tourists from Turkey, Israel, Russia, and across Europe. International roaming charges from your home carrier can wreck your trip budget fast. A Batumi eSIM gives you local Georgian data rates without changing your phone number — your home SIM stays active for calls and SMS while the eSIM handles all your internet needs. Plans start at just $4.50 for 1GB and scale up to unlimited data for digital nomads working remotely from Batumi cafes.
Coverage Across Batumi and the Adjara Region
Our eSIM partners use Georgia's top mobile networks. You'll get strong 4G LTE in central Batumi, along the Boulevard, around Europe Square, and across the Old Town. Coverage extends to nearby Gonio Beach, Sarpi border crossing with Turkey, Mtirala National Park, Khulo, and the Goderdzi Pass. Your Batumi eSIM works seamlessly all the way to Tbilisi, Kazbegi, Kutaisi, and the wine country of Kakheti — perfect for travelers combining Black Sea beach time with broader Georgia exploration.
Best Batumi eSIM Plans for Travelers
Beach weekends (2-3 days): The 1GB / 7-day plan handles maps, Bolt rides, and beach club Instagram posts. Summer holidays (5-7 days): 3GB or 5GB plans cover daily browsing, video calls, and translation apps in Turkish-speaking border zones. Two-week Georgia tours: 10GB plans give you peace of mind for streaming on long bus rides between Batumi and Tbilisi. Long stays and remote workers: Choose unlimited monthly plans for working from co-working spaces along Rustaveli Avenue.
How to Install Your Batumi eSIM
After purchase, you'll receive a QR code by email within minutes. On iPhone: Settings -> Cellular -> Add eSIM -> Scan QR. On Android: Settings -> Network -> SIMs -> Add eSIM. The whole process takes under 2 minutes — no physical SIM cards, no shop visits in a foreign language, no waiting at airport kiosks. You can install it before your flight and toggle it on the moment your plane touches down at Batumi International Airport (BUS) or when you cross the Sarpi border from Turkey.
