California Privacy Notice

As a supplement to the information found in the eSIM Center Privacy Policy, eSIM Center is required under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") to issue this privacy notice ("Notice") to our customers residing in California in a format and using language that is specified by statute.

Personal Data Choice

You have the right to limit, restrict, or deny eSIM Center's ability to share your Personal Data with third parties for a purpose that is materially different from the purpose from which it was originally collected or authorized by you, as further detailed in our terms of service and subject to applicable law. The following chart identifies eSIM Center's collection, if any, of Personal Data under the CCPA.

*Location data is collected only as necessary for eSIM service provisioning and network connectivity optimization.

eSIM-Specific Data Collection

In addition to the categories above, eSIM Center collects the following mobile network-specific information necessary for eSIM services:

Mobile Network Identifiers: IMSI, ICCID, MSISDN, and other carrier-assigned identifiers
Device Information: Device IMEI, model, and compatibility data
Network Usage Data: Data usage, roaming patterns, and connectivity logs
Service Configuration: eSIM profile settings and carrier preferences

Personal Data Use and Disclosure

eSIM Center does not sell your Personal Data and only allows our subprocessors to process data in a way which conforms to our privacy and data processing policies. Personal Data that is collected and processed in this manner includes your contact information, account information, services information, financial & billing information, and mobile network data.

eSIM Center may use your Personal Data for the following business purposes:

Performing or fulfilling eSIM services on behalf of you or our subprocessors;
Provisioning and managing eSIM profiles and mobile network connectivity;
Enabling international roaming and carrier network access;
In compliance with our legal, regulatory, law enforcement, or otherwise governmental obligations;
To identify, contact, or commence action against any one who may be violating eSIM Center's Terms of Service;
Auditing, detecting, remediation, or mitigation of quality and security issues;
Short term transient use;
Internal research, design, and development for eSIM technology improvements;
Service improvements, upgrades, and enhancements;
Network optimization and performance analytics; and
Any other purposes with prior notice provided by eSIM Center.

Your Rights

Do Not Sell

eSIM Center does not sell your Personal Data.

Access to Your Personal Data

You may request a copy of your Personal Data collected and/or processed by eSIM Center during the prior twelve months by submitting a verifiable claim via our Support Center. eSIM Center requires reasonable identity verification prior to disclosure of any Personal Data. Please note, eSIM Center does not ordinarily access, monitor, or record customer content, such as data transmitted through eSIM connections.

Deletion of Your Personal Data

You may request for eSIM Center to delete or make non-operational any of your Personal Data collected or processed by eSIM Center. Please note, eSIM Center is required in some instances to retain copies of select portions of your Personal Data, such as contact information and mobile network identifiers, to comply with:

Telecommunications regulations and carrier requirements
Network security and fraud prevention obligations
The notification obligations detailed in our Terms of Service
International roaming and billing reconciliation requirements

Non-Discrimination

You have the right to exercise your rights to restrict, delete, access, or receive copies of your Personal Data free from any discriminatory practices prohibited by California law. Please note, deletion of your content, contact, financial, billing information, and/or mobile network identifiers will render eSIM Center unable to provide the eSIM Services.

Your Public Disclosure of Personal Data

eSIM Center does not and is unable to maintain the privacy of your Personal Data that you share in public forums, such as eSIM Center Community or messages shared between you and other users. Use caution before sending any Personal Data via eSIM Center Community or direct messaging mechanisms.

Third-Party Carrier Networks

When using eSIM services, your data may be processed by third-party mobile network operators and carriers to enable connectivity and roaming services. These carriers operate under their own privacy policies and data protection practices. eSIM Center works only with carriers that maintain appropriate data protection standards.

International Data Transfers

Due to the global nature of eSIM services, your Personal Data may be transferred internationally to enable roaming services and carrier connectivity. All such transfers are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the CCPA and GDPR where applicable.

Changes

Amendments to this Notice may be made at any time and you should check back frequently for any changes. eSIM Center shall have the right and ability to amend this Policy at eSIM Center's sole and absolute discretion, and any amendments herein shall be effective within fourteen (14) days of being posted by eSIM Center or by your continued use of the Services, whichever is later.
