Distance Sales Agreement & Terms of Service

Pre-contract Information

1. Seller: eSIMCenter LLC · 1300 S Watson Rd Ste A-114 #946, Buckeye, Arizona 85326, USA · info@esimcenter.com · personal data requests privacy@esimcenter.com · esimcenter.com. Invoices are issued by eSIMCenter LLC.
2. Service: a digital eSIM data plan for the country or region, data amount and validity you choose. Nothing is shipped. Coverage countries, data amount, validity and network details are shown on the product page and at checkout. Unless the product page says otherwise, plans include no phone number, calls or SMS.
3. Price: the total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay; the seller adds no further charge. Prices are in US dollars (USD). With the Turkish lira option (Tiko), the amount charged is shown before you pay. Exchange-rate differences and foreign transaction fees applied by your card issuer are outside the seller's control.
4. Payment and delivery: card, Apple Pay / Google Pay, PayPal, Tiko or account balance. Once payment is confirmed, your eSIM (QR code and installation details) is usually delivered to your e-mail and your account within minutes; if a provider delays it, the status is shown in your account.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds: an eSIM is a digital service performed immediately after payment. By ticking the box at checkout you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends on delivery. In addition, our Refund Policy applies: a full refund within 14 days of purchase for an eSIM that has not been installed, activated or used; no change-of-mind refund once installed or activated; replacement or refund for a seller-side fault verified by support; cancellation via info@esimcenter.com before the QR code or activation details are sent. Device eSIM compatibility and carrier unlock are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Complaints: info@esimcenter.com · esimcenter.com/support · esimcenter.com/contact. Your rights under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence (for example, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts for residents of Türkiye) are not affected.
7. Record: your acceptance is stored with your order together with the agreement version, date-time and IP address. On request we e-mail you the text of the version you accepted.

Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties: Seller eSIMCenter LLC (details: Pre-contract Information item 1). Buyer: the person placing the order, identified by the name and e-mail address on the account.
2. Subject: the rights and obligations for the sale and provision of the digital eSIM data plan ordered on esimcenter.com or in the eSIMCenter app.
3. Formation: the agreement is formed when the buyer ticks the acceptance box at checkout and payment is completed. Payment cannot start without the box ticked.
4. Scope: the eSIM provides data through local or partner networks in the covered countries; speed and coverage depend on the network and location. The fair-use terms on the product page apply. The product page states when validity starts (activation or purchase).
5. Buyer's obligations: use an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device; do not share the QR code or activation details with third parties; use the service in line with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law; keep account and e-mail details accurate.
6. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds: Pre-contract Information item 5 and the Refund Policy apply.
7. Liability: to the extent permitted by mandatory law, the seller's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. The seller is not responsible for incompatible or locked devices, incorrect installation, sharing by the buyer, or local network outages outside its control. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Personal data: processed under the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law: the law of the State of Arizona, USA. Consumer protection rules of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract are not affected.
10. Effect and version: this text is the version shown at the top of the page and takes effect on the buyer's acceptance. A changed text gets a new version; each order is governed by the version accepted for it.
