eSIM Installation Guide

Easily install and activate your UtelMobile eSIM. Follow the step-by-step instructions below

Select Your Device

iPhone XS and above

Samsung, Google Pixel etc

iPads with Cellular

Models with Cellular

Open the Settings app on your iPhone and tap on "Mobile Data"

Tap on "Add Mobile Plan" and select "Scan QR Code"

Scan the QR code sent to you via email with your iPhone's camera

Follow the on-screen instructions and activate your eSIM

On your Android device, go to Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager

Tap on the "Add eSIM" or "+" button and select "Scan QR Code"

Scan the QR code in your email with your device's camera

Activate your eSIM by following the on-screen steps

Make sure the QR code is clear and your camera is clean. Alternatively, you can use the manual activation code

Make sure you have an internet connection during the installation. You can use Wi-Fi or an existing mobile data connection

Make sure your device is eSIM compatible. Visit our help center to check the compatibility list

If activation fails, restart your device and try again. If the problem persists, contact our customer support
